Little Frankie Stein
Boy Genius Frankie Stein stumbles on to his late father's invention - a reanimation Machine. Frankie's evil teacher, Mrs. Dinglemeyer, tries to kick Frankie out of school, by popping a quiz, so Frankie along with his best friend Jessie, his little sister Crickett and their talking dog "Kitty" decides to steal the test. During their breakout Dinglemeyer catches them in the act, and, in a struggle over the quiz Ms. Dinglemeyer falls and breaks her neck, killing her. Frankie feels he has no choice but to put the teacher in the re-animation machines to bring her back to life. Unfortunately brings something back far more evil
